1. How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website by adding an Umbrella(s) to your cart and completing the checkout process. If you need assistance, you can also call our sales team during business Hours.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards for online orders, as well as PayPal.

3. When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day if Umbrella(s) are in stock and the order is placed before 2pm EST. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships! For branded umbrellas the lead time is typically two weeks, starting from the date you approved your final print proofs.

4. How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with FedEx tracking information once your order ships.

5. Do you offer expedited shipping?

Due to the size and weight of our commercial umbrellas we only ship via FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight services.

6. Can I ship to a P.O. box?

Unfortunately, no, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes as FedEx require a physical street address.

7. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we currently offer free shipping for all orders!

8. Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.

1. What types of products do you offer?

We offer a range of commercial grade Umbrellas available with plain fabric covers or with full color custom printing.

2. Can I order custom/specialized products?

Yes, we can produce custom products to your specifications, such as printed Umbrella or speciality sizes/dimensions. Contact our sales team for more information.

3. What sizes/dimensions are available?

We offer numerous standard sizes, as well as the ability to produce custom dimensions based on your needs. Size information is listed on each product page.

4. How should I choose the right product for my needs?

Our website filters and product descriptions can help guide you, but our knowledgeable sales staff can also make recommendations based on your specific application.

5. Do you offer product samples?

Yes, we can provide product samples for testing and evaluation purposes. Sample charges may apply. Contact us for more information.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns of stock items within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused and in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies unless the item is defective.

2. How do I return or exchange an item?

Please contact our Customer Service team to discuss your return / exchange.

3. What is the process for returning defective items?

Defective items may be returned within 30 days. We may require photos or for you to return a sample for evaluation before approving the return, and we will replace the defective item for you immediately once we receive the return.

4. Are return shipping costs refunded?

No, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the incorrect item was shipped to you in error.

4. Can a custom printed umbrella be refunded?

No, since we are not able to resell custom printed items, we are unable to refund the order. If there was an issue with production, we would reprint your items free of charge to correct any issues.

1. When was InstaShade established?

InstaShade is a division of Instant Promotion Inc and we’ve been selling commercial grade Umbrellas for over 15 years.

2. Where are you located?

We’re located in Raleigh, North Carolina approx. 5 minutes from RDU Airport. You’re welcome to visit our showroom to check out our Cantilever Umbrellas!
